A legend should be displayed on a Trend by Exposure analysis. However, a logical error might result in the following problems:

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
- The legend is missing
- The labels are missing
- The labels have incorrect values
